The SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC) is a transformative experience designed to turn a great diver into an elite educator. While passing the Instructor Evaluation (IE) gets you the card, our mission is to ensure you possess the confidence, business savvy, and technical finesse to truly thrive in the dive industry.

What to Expect
The ITC is structured into three comprehensive phases:
Digital Mastery: Kick off with independent study using your SSI Digital Learning Kit, laying a solid theoretical foundation.
Practical Application: Spend your days bridging the gap between theory and reality.
Mornings (08:00): Interactive classroom sessions focusing on teaching psychology and academic presentation.
Afternoons: Pool-based training to refine your demonstration-quality skills.
Wrap-up (17:00 – 18:00): Debriefs and prep for the next day.
The Finale: The Instructor Evaluation (IE). A two-day independent assessment organized by SSI to officially welcome you to the ranks of Open Water Instructors.

Course Details
Duration:
11 Days of intensive training + 2 Days of IE.
There is also a rest day included, which also allows time for us to catch up on things missed out / redo opportunities.

Investment:
* THB 79,900 for existing SSI Professionals.
THB 83,000 for professionals crossing over from other agencies.
Includes all SSI materials and IE fees.

Professional Dive Equipment
Stationery for learning

Prerequisites
Age: Minimum 18 years old.
Certification: SSI Divemaster (or equivalent from a recognized agency).
Experience: Minimum 100 logged dives to attend the IE.
Health: Current medical statement signed by a physician within the last year.
